Just a quick post,

to show you the first finished Blue Pots block.


Also, I have (at last) started hand quilting "Gardenhurst quilt",
using threads of various thickness and colour.









Because this will be a wall hanging, and the back is not going to be seen very often, 

I backed the quilt with a plain, good quality calico fabric.
