Looking very pretty already Radka - nice to just play. Wet here too although not as much rain as was forecast and I suspect when I get out to start digging again the moisture will not go very deep. Yes, we have a long winter ahead of us - no trips to look forward to. We have friends coming to their holiday home near us this week and are bringing a few supermarket supplies, books and fabric! xx
ReplyDeleteThe lovely red leaves on the tree on your heading are delightful, all we hope to see in October. Hopefully some nice Autumn days to come yet. Applique looks interesting, there is nothing quite like a new project to offset rainy days, kept indoors. My mojo is a bit low too despite ever so many projects awaiting..
ReplyDeleteI've never done broderie perse and you've made a great start. I can understand that you are a bit fed up with this ongoing virus chaos especially with Winter on the door step. Like you I'm trying to keep busy in my sewing room and have started with some Christmas sewing/crafting. I don't mind staying inside when the weather is nasty, I find it very cosy. I hope your energy returns soon. Take care. xx
ReplyDeleteLooks lovely Radka. Wishing you could send us some of your rain. You have used your rainy days beautifully.
ReplyDeleteLovely applique with nice colour combinations.
ReplyDeleteWeather is still very good here in Greece but due to the pandemic we all feel anxious about the winter ahead .
